About Galesburg Vendor Bingo

Hello! my name is Brittany Lefler and I am the Bingo Lady!

Understanding the frustrations as a small business owner to gain clients and get the word out about what you do, I decided I wanted to move forward with an event that my friend in Iowa has had much success with. Being an entrepreneur myself, I used my creativity to put my own spin on things and Vendor Bingo Galesburg was born.

Many of our vendors have busy lives outside of their businesses, so being able to provide a space for them to set up shop for a few hours and not having to worry about people showing up or making sales was the goal for me. Helping people is in my nature, so I wanted to be sure and incorporate a local non-profit and help raise money for our community needs as well. Many of them also struggle with people knowing what they do and work hard to raise money where they can and I want to make it as easy as possible for them.

I am so proud of what this event has grown into and will continue to do anything I can to ensure our guests have an experience that helps them forget their worries for a night and just be able to relax and have a good time.

Is there an entry fee to get into Vendor Bingo?

Yes, to enter Vendor Bingo, you will need to pay a $20 fee, which gives you access to the event where you can shop, eat, drink, and play!

What is included with the entry fee?

You will receive a bingo dauber to play our Bingo game if you choose, a $10 voucher to spend with one of our awesome vendors, and a super fun event experience that you will be excited to tell your friends about.

How many rounds of Bingo are there?

We will be playing 10 rounds of bingo if you'd like to join us for free. You will get 4 cards to play each round.

Are there prizes for each round of Bingo?

Each round will bring a $30 value prize sponsored by one of our vendors and a $200 cash round.

What if there are more than one winner each round?

The first person to call Bingo and turn in their card for confirmation wins the round. If there is an additional winner, another item maybe rewarded.

Can I use my $10 voucher with any vendor at any time?

You must use the voucher with the specified vendor mentioned on it before the 9th round of Bingo, and it can't be redeemed at any other Bingo Event.

Are there door prizes?

Yes! When you pay the entry fee you will receive a ticket to win a door prize. Additional door prize tickets can be obtained by donating items to the non profit organization.

Can I win additional prizes?

Yes! check with each vendor table to see if they are offering a drawing that evening.

The non profit organization will offer a 50/50 drawing.

Is there food and drinks available?

Yes! Knights of Columbus will have food and drinks for sale. No outside food or drinks allowed

Some additional vendors offer dessert items for sale.

Can I reserve a table?

Due to the popularity of our event, tables cannot be reserved unless you participate in the Birthday Reservation.

Tables are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
