Stone-Hayes offers services at no cost to individuals. In addition to our core services, we have a durable medical equipment (DME) loan program, Dee's Closet, in honor of one of the founding members, Dee Stone. We accept donations of DME in good condition and in turn loan that equipment out to individuals in need at no charge. In addition to donations of DME, we also accept cash donations to help us further our mission of supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently, safely and successfully.

We envision an inclusive community rooted in liberation where all persons can exercise their civil and human rights without discrimination. We are committed to a world without racism where Black people enjoy equitable opportunities in thriving communities.
In advocacy, we work to make sure Black voices are heard, demands are met, and Black excellence is amplified. From classrooms and courtrooms to city halls and Congress, our network of members across the country works to secure the social and political power that will end race-based discrimination.
ROSC-ISN established networked, geographically distributed ROSC Councils that assist communities with building local recovery-oriented systems of care and that can network with the statewide ROSC.
ROSC Councils build collaborations in their communities that connect everyone who can support recovery. This may include local hospitals, primary care, mental health, law enforcement, local business owners, local government representatives and policy makers, persons with lived experience and SUD intervention, treatment, prevention, and recovery support service providers.
The mission of Safe Harbor Family Crisis Center is to support and respond to the needs of survivors of domestic violence and their dependents in the effort to avoid further abuse.
While you may not have control over another person’s violent behavior, you do have choices about how to respond.
Always remember, it is against the law for your partner to abuse you. Domestic violence is not a family matter- it is a serious crime. You have the right and power to break free from the violence. You can, and deserve to have a better, safer life for you and your children.
